Our team has both breadth and depth of experience from consumer packaged goods brand management, big agency event management, logistics, and successful transportation start-ups.
Kira has over a decade of experience in management, development and design of key projects and programs. She is the lead director on all CORE, NCAA, and app technology development and has been instrumental in creating new team structures and efficiencies.
Christian is a seasoned professional of event logistics and the company’s lead in designing and managing the onsite execution of its many event logistics programs. He was the chief developer of Dynamic Dispatch and managed the evolvement of this innovative technology platform initiated during the Papal Visit.
Kevin began as a travel coordinator for GO GROUND and quickly proved himself expert in bus operations. He has been part of NCAA Championships operations for the past three seasons, took full control over the complex NIT bus operations last year, and is currently helping to define and shape a dedicated full-time bus operations team.
Alaina is an integral member of the GO GROUND leadership team, assisting in day-to-day operations as well as developing and implementing the long-term business goals of GO GROUND. Alaina concentrates on market research, data analysis, and content development, and in managing key focuses such as website design and digital marketing.
Justin is the leader of GO GROUND’s presence with the North America Charter Bus Industry and the company’s STATS Certified safety initiative. In this key senior management role, he handles all the assignments for the NCAA Championships and anchors the effort for GO GROUND’s Bus Better Network.
Dawn is the Regional Director for GO GROUND in the Pacific Northwest (Washington, Oregon and Idaho), and is charged with enhancing bus operator relations at the local level, expanding our relationships with NCAA institutions, and developing new partnerships in the region.
Kelly Tyler is the Regional Director for GO GROUND in Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. In this role, Kelly manages all aspects of business development, optimizing sales for tour operators, creating new programs viable to the regional community, and establishing key partnerships in the area.
